Chicken Taco Soup
- 1 Can Black Beans, Rinsed and Drained
- 1 Can Chili Beans
- 2 Cans Tomatoes with Green Chiles (I used small Rotel cans)
- 1 Can Tomato Sauce
- 1.5 Tbsn Taco Seasoning
- 1/2 C Diced Onions
- 3 Boneless Chicken Breasts, Cut into 1" cubes
Paleo Kale Turkey Burgers
- 2 Tbsn Coconut Oil
- 1/4 C Diced Onions
- 1 C Sweet Potato, Peeled and Diced
- 1 Tspn Minced Garlic
- 3 C Kale, Chopped
- 1lb Ground Turkey
- 1 Tspn Dijon or Plain Mustard
- 1 Egg, Beaten
- 2 Tbsn Coconut Flour (I used gluten free flour mix)
Gluten Free Dairy Free Santa Fe Chicken Packets
- 15 Ounces Black Beans, drained
- 2 Cups Frozen Corn
- 10 Ounces Tomatoes & Green Chiles, drained
- 1/2 Tspn Cumin
- 4 Chicken Breasts
- Nonstick Cooking Spray
- Shredded Cheese (I omit the cheese since I'm diary free)

- 4 Cups Black Beans
- 3 Cups Chicken Broth
- 1/2 Cup Salsa
- 1 Tbsn Lime Juice
