So for an afternoon snack I always have a fertility smoothie. There are so many fertility smoothie recipes on the internet so you can easily find one that caters towards your taste. Here is my recipe, click the links for the actual products I use:
- 6 ice cubes
- 4 strawberries
- 15-20 blueberries
- 5 raspberries
- 1/2 banana (put the other half in freezer for tomorrow)
- handful of spinach
- 1/4 C plain coconut yogurt (I'm dairy free)
- 1/4 C green juice (you could use any form of liquid)
- 1 scoop wheat grass powder (gluten free)
- 1 tspn maca powder
- 1 tspn royal jelly bee pollen propolis
