I made it through the first four days easily and am so much happier than I have been in the last few months. It's really nice to have a 90 day plan mapped out. Check out my gluten free, soy free, dairy free meal calendar filed under the Calendars tab. Having meals mapped out allows me to plan my grocery shopping in advance. And while I may not stick exactly to the calendar, I am reminded of the recipes that I researched so I won't deviate from my diet. In order to make this obtainable to others as well, I have posted several of the recipes under the Recipe tab with links to the websites where I found them. I only post the recipes that I have tried and like, so you don't have to worry about it not tasting good.
As for my physical health, I have set up an activity calendar to help hold myself accountable to working out, scheduling acupuncture, and therapy. My BMI is well within the healthy range and I have normal menstrual cycles, so I am not trying to lose weight with exercise but rather reduce stress and improve blood flow with yoga, and the same thing with walking. In order to get my sleep back on track, which is always messed up from the fertility drugs, I get in bed around 10 and read until 11. While I am still not falling asleep for awhile after I turn the light off, I am falling asleep earlier making the mornings much easier.
